END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) DeckMania Blender Pro Plugin

This User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User”) and Igor Kekeljević, Developer – DeckMania.com Novi Sad, Serbia (“Licensor”), governing the use of the DeckMania Blender Pro plugin (“Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants the End User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for personal or business use, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
The End User shall not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party.
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the sole property of Licensor.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will function without errors or interruptions.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if the User fails to comply with its terms. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on www.deckmania.com and continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
